However, our customer care team does not have information on when your tax refund will arrive. If everything has been entered correctly and the IRS accepts your tax returns, your refund will be loaded directly into your Wisely Pay account. To check the status of your refund, please visit the IRS website. The IRS website is updated once every 24 hours with information on the status of your tax refund.
