Yes, there are up to two ways you can do this. You can transfer using your bank account information or, if available to you, your external debit card information.

To transfer to a personal bank account:

  1. Register or log in to the myWisely® app7 or mywisely.com.
  2. Tap or click the transfer arrows in the upper right corner and select Transfer Money.
  3. Enter your routing number and account number of the receiving bank to complete the transfer.

Please note: It may take 3 business days to enroll and validate an account at another financial institution. And once an account is validated, it may take up to 3 business days to complete each transfer. Fees, terms and limits apply. To transfer using your external debit card information (i.e. your 16-digit debit card number):

  1. Register or log in to the myWisely® app7 or mywisely.com.
  2. Tap or click the transfer arrows in the upper right corner and select Transfer Money.
  3. Enter your external debit card number to complete the transfer.

Please note: Transfers using your external debit card information is currently available only to members who have Funds transfer fee (Instant Transfer/Debit) in their List of Fees. Transfers using your external debit card information is typically processed within 30 minutes, but could take longer due to network timing, receiving bank processes, or other factors. Only one external debit card may be linked to your Wisely account. Transfers to your external debit card are final and not reversible. Fees, terms and limits apply.
